Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt (add more if needed)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon honey
Place all the ingredients in a mason jar and shake well. Drizzle over a salad. Will keep it in the fridge for up to one week.
