Strawberry Chia Pudding

1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
1 cup milk (I used coconut cashew milk)
2 tablespoons honey or 6 drops stevia
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch of Celtic sea salt
5 tablespoons chia seeds

Place strawberries, milk, honey, vanilla, and salt into a blender, and blend for 2 minutes.
Pour the strawberry milk mixture into a glass jar and add the chia seeds. Stir the mixture well.
Place in the fridge and let it thicken for 6 hours.
