Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (Thorne)
- 1 cup mixed berries, frozen
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
- Water (to desired consistency)
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Tip: Sprinkle some hemp seeds on top for extra protein and healthy oils.
