- 1 avocado
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- Juice from 2 limes
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded (optional)
- 1/3 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- Put avocado, chickpeas, lime juice, garlic, jalapeno and salt into a food processor and process until smooth.
- Place in a bowl, mix in red onion and cilantro.
Enjoy on top of thinly sliced radishes, cucumbers or your favorite crackers.
