Fresh Summer Salsa

6 medium tomatoes (quartered)

1 bell pepper roughly chopped (preferably orange)

1 peach (optional)

1 small red onion, roughly chopped

1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

2 garlic cloves

2 jalapeños (or your favorite hot pepper) 

1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped

1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt

Juice of 2 limes

1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

- In a food processor, add all the ingredients and process until it reaches your desired consistency
