Fresh Summer Salsa

  • 6 medium tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1 bell pepper roughly chopped (preferably orange)
  • 1 peach (optional)
  • 1 small red onion, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 jalapeños (or your favorite hot pepper) 
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

- In a food processor, add all the ingredients and process until it reaches your desired consistency
