Almond Butter Cups
So easy!!! I made this in less than five minutes.
1/2 cup almond butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup or 10 drops of Stevia (optional)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of Celtic sea salt
In a small pan, gently melt all the ingredients on the stove top - low temperature.
Transfer to small muffin cups.
Let it sit in the fridge for couple hours before eating. Store in the fridge.
