Berry Iced Tea

4 cups frozen berries (raspberries, blackberries, wild blueberries….)
8 cups of water
5 tea bags of lemon balm tea or peppermint tea
Juice of 2 lemons 🍋 
4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
6 drops Stevia (optional)

In a pot, bring water and berries to a boil, turn it down, and simmer for five minutes. 
Add tea bags and let it steep for 10 minutes. 
Let the tea cool down to room temperature and strain. Add lemon juice,  maple syrup, and stevia. 
Enjoy over ice.
