Ginger Cranberry Sauce

3 cups fresh cranberries 
Juice from 3 oranges
1 tablespoon grated, peeled fresh ginger
Zest of 1 orange 
2 tablespoons honey


In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, ginger, and orange zest.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in honey.
Let the sauce cool in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
