Crockpot Chili

1 lb organic ground beef or turkey

15 oz black beans

25 oz tomato sauce

14.5 oz diced tomatoes 🍅

1 red onion, diced

2 tablespoons tomato paste

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 orange or red bell pepper, diced

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, oprional

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon Herbamare

1/4 teaspoon chipotle pepper (optional)

Black pepper and Celtic sea salt to taste

Put all the ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.

Tip: Serve with diced avocado, chopped cilantro, and grated cheese.
