Sunflower Honey Bars

1 cup gluten free quick oats
3/4 cup sunflower or almond  butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon Celtic salt
4 dates, cut into small pieces 
1 teaspoon vanilla 

Combine all the ingredients together. Spread the mixture on the bottom of a square glass dish. Refrigerate for 4 hours before cutting into small pieces.
