1 bunch parsley
1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts
1/4 cup parmesan, shredded
3 garlic cloves (or more is you love garlic)
1/2 cup EVOO
Celtic sea salt and black pepper to taste
Combine parsley, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor; process until well combined.
Great on salads, with cut up celery and carrots, wraps, sandwiches, pasta…..
