- 1 bunch parley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts
- 1/4 cup parmesan, shredded
- 3 garlic cloves (or more is you love garlic)
- 1/2 cup EVOO
- Celtic sea salt and black pepper to taste
Combine parsley, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor; process until well combined.
