Homemade Popcorn 

2 tablespoons oil (avocado or olive oil)

1/2 cup organic popcorn kernels 

Extra virgin olive oil to taste (I love to use  Laconiko  Chives OO- so tasty) 

Onion and garlic powder to taste 

Celtic sea salt to taste

In a medium size pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover them with a lid. 

Shake the pot often until the popping stops. Take the lid off the pot. 
Put in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, and Celtic sea salt.
