- 2 tablespoons oil (avocado or olive oil)
- 1/2 cup organic popcorn kernels
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste (I love to use Laconiko Chives OO- sooo tasty)
- Onion and garlic powder to taste
- Celtic sea salt to taste
In a medium size pot, heat the oil over a medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover with a lid.
Shake the pot often until the popping stops. Take the lid off the pot.
Put in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with onion powder, garlic powder and Celtic sea salt.
