Sunflower Butter Cups
Makes about 24 mini cups
- 1 cup organic extra virgin coconut oil, melted (room temperature)
- 1 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup sunflower butter
- Pinch of Celtic sea salt
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour chocolate mixture into lined mini muffin cups. Put in the fridge for couple hours before eating.
