Acai Breakfast Bowl
Base: 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 banana 1 cup fresh coconut milk 1 teaspoon Acai powder (look for it at your local Health Food Store) Toppings: 1/2 banana, sliced 1/4 cup fresh blueberries 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced 1/4 cup simple granola 1 teaspoon coconut flakes 1 tablespoon almond butter 1/2 teaspoon chia or flaxseeds Put all the base ingredients into a blender. Blend until the base is smooth. Pour the base mixture into a bowl and top with toppings. Enjoy!!!
