Creamy Vegan Cheese

2 cups blanched almond flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
3/4 cup water
Juice of 1 lemon 
 
Put the almond flour, olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice, and water in a food processor. Process until creamy.
