Spiced Milk

1 cup milk (raw milk, oat milk, coconut milk…)

1/2 teaspoon ghee

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon cardamom

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Add ghee and spices to a small pot, then add the milk. Bring the milk to a boil and turn off immediately. Add honey.
