Almond Macaroons 

 

  •  2 cups coconut
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons organic vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch celtic sea salt

 
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix all the ingredients together and shape into small balls (I use a small melon scooper) and bake on a parchment lined cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
