Pecan Brownies

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch Celtic sea salt
  • 10 dates, pitted
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 10 drops stevia 
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped 



- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Place almond flour, baking soda and salt in food processor and pulse for 20 seconds (using S blade),
- Add dates, chocolate chips, eggs, vanilla, coconut oil and stevia and process for  about 1 minute or until smooth. 
- Transfer  into oiled brownie pan and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Press the pecans gently into the brownies and bake for 25-30 minutes. 
- Let cool before serving.
