Cinnamon Oatmeal

One serving.

  • 1/4 cup of gluten free quick oats (Bob’s Red Mill)
  • 2 tablespoons raw seeds and nuts (walnuts,almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds….)
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raisins (or 1/2 cup of fresh berries)
  • Pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg and Celtic sea salt 
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or stevia to taste 
  • Coconut milk (cold or hot) to taste

- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes before eating.
