- 1/4 cup of gluten free quick oats (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 2 tablespoons raw seeds and nuts (walnuts,almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds….)
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds or chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon raisins (or 1/2 cup of fresh berries)
- Pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg and Celtic sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or stevia to taste
- Coconut milk (cold or hot) to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes before eating.
