Lemon Ginger Tea

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 inch ginger, peeled and grated 

2 cups hot water 

 1 teaspoon honey or 3 drops of  Stevia  


- Put ginger and lemon juice in your favorite mug and add hot water. Let steep for 5 minutes.
- Add honey and stir well.
Enjoy!

Tip: 
This is a bit of a pungent cup of tea... Add more water if desired.
