Simple Guacamole 

1 avocado

Juice of 1/4 lime

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion

1 handful of cilantro, de-stemmed and finely chopped 

1/2 Jalapeño, seeded and chopped 

1 pinch of Celtic sea salt

- Mix avocado and lime juice together and add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
